Essentials MDM 5.32.0: - Widgets support on Launcher in COSU policy New option is available on COSU settings tab in Launcher grid elements section. Current implementation allows to create one widget that can be placed on the top or bottom of the screen. Widgets can be resized based on the widget sizes (maximum allowed size is 2 rows). Available list of the widgets comes from the applications reported by the existing Android devices. - New rebranded macOS Agent 4.0.0 that includes: - Techstep branding. - Corporate store - Shell scripting support - possibility to send shell scripts configuration to the device - Sending agent logs to the server with support for enabling / disabling logging. - New initialization view with agent setup progress indicator. - Send message support - possibility to send messages from admin console to the macOS user - Operations and notifications history view - Location reporting according to defined schedule in the policy (If device remains in the same place, location is not reported) - Settings view with details about the policy status and custom fields defined in policy NOTE. Old macOS agent is now deprecated and can be uninstalled manually as it requires macOS admin rights on the device. On tablets default icon layout grid is now 5x6. - Android 14 platform support (compatibility support, new features will be available in next version) - "Automatic SIM card unlock" configuration extended for WPC devices - New security restriction for Android fully managed devices - Block outgoing calls Option is available in fully managed policies in Security options > Network policy section. Option allows to block all outgoing calls or calls with specific patter. By selecting the option to block all calls, USSD codes are also blocked.
