In case of a device loss or theft it might be necessary to remove any sensitive company data from a device. Essentials MDM provides simple and quick solution to do so.


  1. Click on the DEVICES tab and find the device you wish to be wiped. Click the button on top bar.
  2. Choose Emergency operations and then Wipe device.
  3. You can now choose to completely wipe device or wipe memory card. You can select both options as well.
  4. To confirm operation you must enter your password. Operation can be performed immediately or scheduled for later.
  5. Finish the process by clicking .
