Essentials MDM services will be temporarily affected by planned network maintenance on Sunday, 18 January 2026. This work is necessary to improve the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.


When will this happen?

  • Time: 10:00–12:00 CET


What is the expected impact?

During the maintenance window, there may be up to two hours of full MDM service interruption.

Rest assured, all policies, restrictions, and configurations already applied to devices will continue to work as expected.


Which services will be unavailable?

While maintenance is in progress, MDM services will be unavailable or significantly disrupted. This includes:

  • Access to the management console for environments hosted in our cloud services
  • Device communication with Essentials MDM servers
  • Third-party services and integrations, including:
    • Samsung KSP
    • MGP
    • Google Play app search
    • Push notifications
    • APNs certificate generation and renewal
    • Pradeo API callbacks
  • MDM server updates and downloading installation or update packages


What do we recommend?

To minimise disruption, we recommend that you:

  • Inform administrators and end users in advance
  • Avoid scheduling critical deployments, enrolments, or configuration changes during the maintenance window


All services will be restored automatically once the maintenance is complete.
