NOTE: You can manually uninstall FAMOC Base Agent if your device is working in BYOD mode i.e. it is not in supervised mode. To check if your device is supervised go to Settings (in iOS 10 or later). The Supervision message will be displayed at the top of the main Settings page.
Open Settings from the main menu
Enter General > Device Management tab
Open the FAMOC MDM profile.
To initiate uninstallation, press the Remove Management button
Enter your passcode to accept uninstall
Confirm by pressing Remove Management once again
After the process is complete, you may close the window.
